Room Rental and Catering Services
The Burlington Art Centre has several meeting rooms available for rent for your business or social event. The Shoreline/Rotary Lakeshore Room, with a view of the lake, seats 200 and our cozy Fireside Room seats 40. The BAC also houses a magnificent conservatory, suitable for your special occasion photographs.
Catering services are provided exclusively by Pepperwood Catering and Special events. An array of menu options are available to suit your event.
Our rental rates are reasonable! Burlington Art Centre corporate members enjoy a weekday discount and a 15% discount is extended to nonprofit and community organizations (Monday to Thursday or Friday daytime rentals only).

Room Rental Policies
The following are a few of the Burlington Art Centre's policies and procedures concerning Room Rentals for your special occasion.
- The use of confetti or glitter is prohibited. Its use will result in the loss of your deposit.
- The Burlington Art Centre will set up your rented room, as directed by you, with six foot rectangular tables or eight foot round tables.
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted, subject to Fire Regulations and the Liquor Licensing Act. & must be supplied and served by the caterer.
- Open flame candles are not permitted in the Burlington Art Centre due to Fire Regulations. Candles may be used only when contained in a glass chimney or similar type enclosure.
