How do I sign up?
You can register for classes and workshops in person or by telephone. Fees may be paid in person by cash, current dated cheques, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, or over the phone with a valid credit card. Registration is only complete upon receipt of fees, and spaces will not be held without payment.
Please register early as classes may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not reached. BAC reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrolment is not met. All classes require a minimum number of students.
Please note that age guidelines are listed for children’s classes and underage children will not be accepted into a class as it affects the ability of the instructor to adequately meet the needs of the entire class.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be granted to students when a class is canceled or if a request is made in writing prior to the third class. Refund requests will be subject to a $25 administration fee and a pro-rated deduction for classes up to and including the date of request. Refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
How Many Students in a Class?
Class sizes are determined by the space available with input from the instructors. Once class maximums are reached students can request their name be added to a waitlist to fill canceled spaces.
What about Materials?
Adults will be responsible for supplying their own materials from a list of supplies provided by the instructor. Children’s course supplies are included in the course fees.
