General Registration Information

Classes are cancelled if minimum enrolment is not met.

Registration is complete upon receipt of fee. BAC reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrolment is not met. All classes require a minimum number of students. 

Refund Guidelines: 

Refunds are cheques payable to registrants, subject to the following: 

1. No refund can be given after the third class of a course. 

2. No refund will be processed unless a formal request is made by the student (or parent) before the third class. 

3. Except for courses cancelled by the Centre, all refunds will be subject to a twenty-five dollar administration charge and a pro-rated deduction for classes up to AND including the date of the refund request. 

4. Refunds will be issued within six weeks of the cancellation. Save your receipt for tax purposes.

Adult students supply their own materials unless noted otherwise. Supply lists will be provided at registration. 

Materials for children’s courses are included in the registration fee.
