School programs can be arranged from late September to the middle of June. Morning and afternoon times are available. Please call (905) 632-7796, extension 319 or email for availability.

Booking A School Visit
Teachers may make a booking by email or by phone (905) 632-7796, extension 319. School Programs are booked on a first come, first serve basis. The best times to reach the School Program Coordinator are Tuesday through Thursday, 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. At other times please leave a detailed message with your telephone number and e-mail address and we will respond within two business days.
Teachers will be sent a confirmation and visit information prior to the date of visit. This is your confirmation agreement. The BAC will invoice the school after the School Program takes place. Please pay by cheque.
Each School Program booking can accommodate one class or a total of 30 children. The Centre may limit the number of children in each booking based on the Hands-On activity.
ADDED VALUE: A Day at the Centre
When two classes book a Day at the Centre together the program includes two workshops for each class. The School Program consists of a guided tour of the current exhibitions, followed by a clay activity. Students are then given half an hour for a lunch break (bring your own lunch), after which they will experience a fine art activity (e.g., watercolour, weaving, etc.).
Note: Only one clay firing fee will be charged for two classes (a savings of $35).
